Oatmeal Banana Cookies – from Gail’s Kitchen

Another gluten free option for those who have allergies or just want to stay away from bad carbs. This recipe has no sugar, eggs or flour.

Oatmeal Banana Cookies
(no sugar, eggs or flour)
Preheat oven 350 degrees

3 ripe mashed bananas (medium size)
1/3 cup applesauce (no added sugar)
2 cups oats (regular)
¼ cup LF milk (or almond milk)
½ cup raisins (or dried cranberries)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients and place by heaping teaspoon
on a greased baking sheet. Makes 48 cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes. Enjoy!
2 cookies = 1 Pointsplus (Whole recipe = 23 Pointsplus)
I make 48 cookies on one 12 X 18 cookie sheet. They do not spread.
